How HTS Academy handles your information, with the organisation’s published policy and contact details shared from Hub.
Your information in Academy
Academy uses your HTS Microsoft identity and a verified employee record to control access. It stores training assignments, progress, assessment results and practical observations in the Academy SharePoint site.
You can access your own training records. Authorised managers and assessors can access records within their verified scope. Content managers review learning packages; technical administration is a separate permission.
Essential encrypted sign-in cookies keep your session secure. Sign out when you finish on a shared device. Assessment marking keys are kept on the server and are not included in learner content.
Using your training records
Contact your supervisor or Academy administrator to request access or correction. Earlier training decisions are retained with any correction so the evidence remains traceable. Quiz results, practical competence and permission to perform work are separate decisions.

The organisation’s privacy statement has not yet been published in Hub. Contact HTS for the current policy and retention details.
Use Academy for authorised HTS learning. Do not share accounts or upload passwords, unnecessary personal information or unapproved material.
